Netaselcom, SL, considers the present Quality and Environmental Policy appropriate to the organization's purpose and context, including the nature, extent, and environmental impacts of its activities. This provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality and environmental objectives, facilitating greater control of the processes included within the scope of the System as established in the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 reference standards. Therefore, the quality and environmental policy is based on the following pillars:

  • - Fully meet the needs and expectations of our customers, eliminating the costs of non-quality and meeting their requirements to increase their satisfaction.
  • - Create a favorable environment for pollution prevention and environmental protection within the company, training, motivating, and raising awareness among staff regarding quality, the environment, and teamwork, enabling the achievement of defined quality and environmental objectives.
  • - Pursue continuous improvement and improve our environmental performance, achieving, ensuring, and maintaining customer confidence through compliance in the provision of our services.
  • - Comply with legal requirements and other commitments defined in the provision of the service offered by the organization based on its context, seeking improvement in waste management, consumption, and emissions resulting from our printing equipment distribution work.
  • - Use resources sustainably to mitigate the effects of climate change and protect biodiversity and ecosystems.

This policy is communicated and understood by employees, and is disseminated through the organization's website along with the different certificates, for all interested parties who wish to know the policy and system scope.
