Nowadays, the demand is very high, and we are immersed in times of great changes aimed at a paradigm characterized by permanent, ubiquitous accessibility, efficiency, value chain transformation, globalization, information technologies, extreme competition, price wars, and regulatory changes that require us to focus all our efforts to compete successfully. Netaselcom is facing two major transformations: digital transformation and a shift towards full sustainability. Confronting these transformations, along with the ones imposed by the rules of competitiveness and innovation, leads to almost constant changes. Add to this a VUCA environment (acronym used to describe Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity of conditions and situations), and new tools are required to tackle this complexity. We are living in challenging times. Experience shows that strategies must be based on the value provided to the market through a distinctive value proposition. Users frequently face a confusing array of products and services to choose from. A user buys from the company that offers the highest perceived value, meaning that users evaluate the differences between all the benefits and costs of a market offer in relation to competitive offers. That is why we have designed a value proposition based on the following six vectors, understood as "every projective action that has variable quality and intensity":

  • Netaselcom is committed to environmental protection, pollution prevention, sustainable resource use, and promoting recycling and circular economy.
  • We calculate our carbon footprint annually and offset it by collaborating with the Bosquia foundation where we reforest a forest in the name of Netaselcom.
  • We are registered in the Integrated Industrial Registry as producers of electrical and electronic equipment to assume the costs derived from managing the waste from the equipment we put on the national market.
