The URGP is a contact interface extension unit for IDA8 voice evacuation and public address systems. Each URGP provides additional alarm inputs. Each input is monitored and can be programmed to trigger a digital audio message in a specific zone or group of zones. The URGP is linked to the System units through a monitored RS232/RS485 serial link.

There are two available models:

• URGP-32I/2O: 32 alarm contact inputs and 2 fault output contacts
• URGP-16I/16O: 16 alarm contact inputs and 16 fault output contacts
